My Dog productions presents a concept of somber thinking and post coital regret, with the hint of irony and manic overcompensating. It includes the guilty joy of having to smile on examples of Schadenfreude. Mydogisdead is a band with the false facade to represent Such a concept and understates the fact no matter what you do you'll end up in a worst situation, such is the law of entropy. I would also include emotional and financial factors. There lays the meaning of this first debut album roughly translating the human condition to the limiting expression of music and video art. Mostly studio performances Mydogisdead have played to various venues across the UK and a few abroad. My dog productions mission statement is to promote the understated and non commercial ideas and cultural expression, of underdogs into the foreground and thus change the face of media, from the high gloss shallow creature it is to a relax coffee shop philosophical pondering on the unknown but worthwhile.
